Charlie Collin

Having originally begun her career recruiting Senior Finance professionals in the City of London, Charlie relocated to Australia and in 2016 joined the Charterhouse Group. She joined with a clear remit to further develop our specialist search capability, nationally and internationally, through Charterhouse and later, Robertson Search. Charlie has over 9 years’ recruitment experience with a primary focus on delivering search-based mandates for roles that are typically perceived as unique or non-mainstream. Employing search methodologies and comprehensive profiling methodologies, Charlie delivers on a wide array of assignments across commercialisation, research, academia, and innovation. This specialist area has typically had a focus on roles in higher education, research institutes, State & Federal government. Throughout the years this has also stretched into corporates whether that be in a start-up capacity or larger corporates looking to expand their innovation strategy.
